How to Register

1. Click on the “Register Now” link.
2. Complete the online registration form and click “Finish. Note:  The email address entered on this page will be the main email address used for all communication.  Don’t forget it!
3. Make sure the box is checked to accept the Terms & Conditions of the program so we know you want to participate.
4. You will be taken to the Brilliant Distinctions Program homepage.  Here, you can update your name and email address., find and select your preferred physician and view your program activity. Note: Save this web address in your favorites now so you can learn more and check your point total often.

How to Access the Points Homepage

1.  Go to www.BrilliantDistinctionsProgram.com
2. Click on the “Go to Overview” link.

How to Deposit Points

1. After receiving an eligible treatment from your physician, log into your Brilliant Distinctions homepage.
2. All un-deposited voucher points will show up on your program homepage.
3. Click on “Deposit for all points to be banked into your account. Note: Voucher points expire in 60 days if you do not deposit them into your account.

How to Redeem Points

1. Click on the “Redeem Points” tab on your program homepage.
2. Use your banked points to create a coupon or donate to a charity. Note: Coupons expire 60 days from creation date.
